The ShiftForward Private DMP enables you to securely build private audiences and safely use them for advertising and creating new revenue streams.

This documentation will help you get started with the ShiftForward Private DMP, guiding you through its features, categorized as described bellow.

1 – Collect

Collect online user activity events from websites, display and search ads, social and e-mail campaigns, mobile apps and more. Onboard existing offline data sets from CRM-like systems and link them to online users through a matching service. Learn more about Collecting data >

2 – Segment

3 – Activate

4 – Report

5 – Machine learning

ShiftForward DMP was built to make it easy to get the data needed to build and execute machine learning (ML) models. It has pre-built Product recommendations with product feed support, user-level Predictors like Customer Lifetime Value and socio-demographic affinities (predicted Gender and Age bands) and helps you model, develop and deploy your own custom ML models. 6 – Stack

The ShiftForward DMP runs on the AdStax stack and it allows you to go deeper and tweak custom settings, develop your own reports, create your own custom integrations or simply watch data flowing in real-time using direct tapping into ShiftForward DMP through it’s SDK and Spark cluster.
